Add a Theatre Organzation

Do you manage a theatre company, or want to recommend one?

Our theatre list currently comes from the Metrolina Theatre Organization, a non-profit organization that supports Charlotte-area theatre.

If you would like to add or suggest a company, or update one that is already on the list, please contact the MTA directly. The easiest way to do this is to visit their contact page.

MTA offers both individual and organizational memberships. You don't have to be a member organization to be listed in their database, but you will show up more pominently if you are. Besides, MTA membership offers many other benefits. Join today! Explore their website for more information.

Do you want to let us know about theatre-related products or services?

We are not quite ready to roll out our database of theatre-related products and services, but we are collecting contacts and suggestions. We are looking for things like:

• Rehearsal and production facilities
• Costume, prop and set supplies
• Acting instructors and dialect coaches
• Printing and graphic design services
• Lighting and sound equipment

In other words, if you have a business or organization that caters to theatre production and/or theatre people, it should be a part of the database

The best way to make that happen is to use our contact form to let us know you are out there. You'll be part of the database when it debuts.

Help contribute by uploading your theatre-related pictures. We're looking for

• production and rehearsal photos
• cast photos
• publicity photos
• playbill covers
• show posters
• shots of memorable sets and performance venues

Historical photos are welcome, but we also accept photos of upcoming productions and will highlight them as time permits.

Information about images is optional, but the more you can provide the better. As the collection grows, descriptive information will help us manage and present it more effectively.
